Closedown of a Study

The Research Office logs all studies taking place in Primary and Community Care in Norfolk and Suffolk on its internal database. When the study comes to the end date, as detailed in the R&D application, the office will request details of all publications arising, a copy of the final report and a lay summary (as a minimum) for dissemination to GP practices, CCGs and other relevant parties. Please ensure that this is provided to the office in a timely manner.
It is anticipated that copies of all reports received are not confidential and will be uploaded to this website for dissemination of research study results. If there are any confidentiality issues which would prevent this dissemination please inform the Research Office, along with a time frame when it is anticipated the results can be disseminated..
If your study is extended please inform the Research Office ( as soon as possible to prevent unnecessary requests for final reports.
