Researchers at the University of East Anglia and the University of Cambridge carried out a study investigating the use of self-help materials for the prevention of smoking relapse. 1404 people from across Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and Lincolnshire took part in this research study.In addition GP Practices, pharmacies, local government Health Trainers and NHS Stop Smoking Services were involved.
