Evaluation of the Admiral Nurse Service

The Admiral Nurse (AN) Service provides care and support specifically for carers of people with dementia (PwD) across Norwich, North and South Norfolk.

This evaluation was carried out by the Norfolk and Suffolk Primary and Community Care Research Office on behalf of NHS North and South Norfolk CCGs. It set out to assess the impact of the AN service on carers and PwD. The evaluation ran from September 2017 to July 2018.
